Hello people of the internet!!! On today’s ‘YouTube Wednesday’ we’re going to discuss Wotso Videos, a very cool YouTube channel that you DEFINTELY need in your life. If you love pop culture, Disney, and numerous other fun topic then this is the channel you need to be subscribed to right now. I’m serious, take a moment and subscribe to this channel right now I’ll wait right here for you. Have you already subscribed? Good! If you still need convincing then please read on. Ready? Ok, let’s go!!!
The first video that we’re going to discuss is Wotso’s ‘How did Gill get his scar video’, which was posted on June 29th, 2016. This video is apart of Wotso’s ‘Discovering Disney’ series, and explains his theory as to why Gill from ‘Finding Nemo’ has a scar. The video is not only entertaining and fun, but also very factual and thought provoking (without making you feel llike you’re back in school). If you love Disney theories (and honestly who doesn’t love ANYTHING related to Disney) then you’ll want to check out the many other videos in this series. The next video that we’re going to discuss is Wotso’s ‘ Ariel Ruled Cindrella’s Kingdom’, which was uploaded on November 15th, 2016 (you can check out this video below). This video discusses the theory that Ariel is Cinderella’s mother-in-law. When I first saw the title of this video, it intantly intrigued me because how cool would it be if these two Disney princesses were actually connected. Although I won’t spoil the video for you, I will say that Wotso brings up some very interesting points in this video, that will really make you question how the other Disney princesses might be connected. Maybe we just don’t know that mouse as well as we thought we did.
Next up we have Wotso’s ‘How Magic Works in Harry Potter! Why Are Spells Spoken And When Do Wizards Need Wands’, which was uploaded on November 22nd, 2016. THis is another entertaining and well thought out video that all Harry Potter fans will fall in love with. Honestly I never really thought abiout the fact that some magical beings say spells and use wands, while others use a wand but perform spells non-verbally, and others don’t use either tool. As any Harry Potter fan knows, J.K. Rowling has always been very detailed with her work so I honestly believe that this video touches upon a lot of info that J.K. must have considered while writing her books. Eithier way this is a fun video for all of us muggles who are dying for another taste of the wizarding world. The last video that we’re going to discuss is Wotso’s ‘Belle Has Stockholm Syndrome?’ video, which was uploaded on March 14th, 2017 (you can check out the video below). This video touches upon a infamous question that has floated around the internet for YEARS. Again I’m not going to spoil the video by revealing Wotso’s position on the question, however I will say that he does a very good job of explaining his position and has definitely convinced me that he’s correct. If you want an answer to the ‘Beauty and The Beast’ question that is as old as time, then definitely check out this video right away!
